Our company collects payments and services the existing mortgages. We service Bond For Deed Sales, Wrap-Around Mortgages, Owner Finances, and Land Contracts. A Bond For Deed Sale is a contract between the seller and the purchaser in which the purchase price is paid in installments and title transfers only after all payments have been made.
